District 13-H

Lion Don has been a member of the Lewisburg Lion's Club since March of 1992. Lion Don has been Secretary, 1st and 2nd Vice President and currently Tail Twister of the club. He received a District Governor's Appreciation Certificate in 1993 and an International President's Certificate of appreciation in 2005. At the District 13-H level, Lion Don served as Cabinet Secretary for Distrcit Governor Daryl Foster in 2005-2006, as Deputy District Governor in 2007-2008 and Vice District Governor in 2008-2009.

Lion Don graduated from Brookville High School (Brookville, OH) in 1967. He is a Vietnam Veteran. He received a Purple Heart in 1969. In 1982, he graduated with a B.S. in Education from Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio. Since 1990 Lion Don has been employed at Tri-County North Local Schools in Lewisburg,Ohio as a Health and Physical Education teacher. In 2001 Lion Don received a Masters in the Art of Teaching degree from Marygrove College, Detroit, Michigan.

Lion Don attends the Lewisburg United Church of Christ.
